The mortgage appraisal
Issued by an appraisal company approved by the Bank of Spain under Order ECO/805/2003. Mandatory for mortgages, valid for 6 months, and in Alicante province typically costs €300-600. Since 2019 you can choose the appraiser yourself and your bank must accept it.
