Benidorm marks another milestone on the European skyline. TM Grupo Inmobiliario has unveiled the TM Tower, a 64-floor residential tower standing 230.5 metres tall that, once completed, will be Europe's tallest residential skyscraper, surpassing the iconic Intempo.
The project, with a 140-million-euro investment, will rise just 50 metres from Poniente Beach, right opposite the Intempo. It will add 260 homes of one to four bedrooms and over 13,000 m² of communal areas: gym, cinema rooms, heated pools, sports areas and a sky bar with observatory.
Delivery of the first homes is expected in the second half of 2028. A project that confirms Benidorm's strength as one of the most dynamic luxury new-build markets in all of Spain.
