The province of Alicante has broken its own record again: according to the Land Registrars’ statistics, 44.65% of homes sold between January and March 2026 were bought by foreign buyers. It is the highest share in Spain, well ahead of Malaga (34.3%) and the Balearics (28.89%).

Budget stands out as much as volume: non-resident foreign buyers spend on average 60% more than national buyers in the province. British, Dutch, Belgian, German and Polish buyers concentrate much of the demand on the Costa Blanca, looking above all for move-in-ready homes near the sea.

If you are selling, the message is clear: almost half of your potential buyers do not speak Spanish. At VITALITY we serve clients in 5 languages and run campaigns aimed at international buyers. If you are thinking of selling, now is the time to put your home in front of the right buyer.
