The northern stretch of the Costa Blanca consolidates its status as the golden mile. Calpe reaches 3,567 EUR/m2 (June 2026) and Altea 3,579 EUR/m2 (May 2026), both all-time highs according to idealista — now the highest prices in the province alongside Javea and Benidorm.
Within each town the differences are notable: in Calpe, Arenal-Bol beach trades at 5,260 EUR/m2 and the Port is up 18.6% year on year to 4,474 EUR/m2. In Altea, Altea Hills reaches 4,069 EUR/m2, Mascarat 3,960 EUR/m2 and the old town is up 15% in a year. Scarce front-line supply keeps pressure on prices.
Demand is mainly international and high-budget. For owners in the area it is an exceptional market to sell in; for buyers, one that demands moving fast with good advice. At VITALITY we know both sides and work the area every day.
